Events
School events bring learning to life and help shape our school culture. They help students build confidence, connect with others and celebrate their progress. Events also give families a chance to be involved in school life and share in their child’s achievements.
Our school event may include:
- school orientation days- Term 4 Wednesdays of even weeks
- sports carnivals- School Carnival, C.L.A.S.S, Zone and Regional Carnivals
- open day- Education Week
- Book Week events- August
- excursions and incursions
- performances, concerts or school productions- Annual School Concert and Casino/Kyogle Performing Arts Festival
- fundraising, charity and community events-Biggest Morning Tea/ Beef Week celebrations- May
- award assemblies- Fortnightly school assemblies
- presentation night- December.

C.L.A.S.S Athletics Carnival
Date: 31st July, 2026
Time: 9.00 am
Stratheden School students will participate in a combined small schools athletics carnival at Queen Elizabeth Park Casino. Parents and spectators are welcome to attend.
Touch Football Knockout
Date: 4th August, 2026
Time: 8.30 am
Students will travel to Lismore to compete in a Touch Football Knockout Competition.
School Athletics Carnival
Date: 12th August, 2026
Time: 9 am start
Stratheden School students will compete in a modified athletics carnival. We will be celebrating the Commonwealth Games. Parents and spectators are welcome to attend.
